Safer At Home Policy

Hello friends!

In order to maintain a safe space for all of you AND all of us here at Salon Velluto, we have a few precautions and guidelines that we ask you to keep in mind during the Safer at Home phase of the Covid Pandemic.

Appointments are required at this time. Guests are able to schedule appointments online, or by calling the salon directly. If you would like to purchase product, please call the salon ahead of time so we can ensure a 50% occupancy per state guidelines. Anyone who enters the building must have a face mask. Due to the low supply of masks, we strongly encourage you to bring your own, but we will provide them if needed while supplies last. Remember that your mask must secure behind the ears in order for your stylist to complete your service while the mask is worn.

When you arrive for your appointment, check in at the front desk to have your temperature read, and then wash your hands in the lobby bathroom. Your stylist will meet you in the front lobby when they are ready to begin your service. Per state guidelines guests from different households must remain 6 feet apart from one another at all times. 

In order to eliminate hand to hand contact as often as we can, all guests will be asked to provide a credit card on file to use as payment for your appointment. If you need to buy product, please let your stylist or the front desk know and we can pull it for you. Waxes and beard trims are temporarily unavailable due to the current mask mandate. Beverages will not be served at this time.

We understand that many of you may be fearful during this time of uncertainty, and we want you to feel comfortable joining us. All tools and equipment used during a service will be cleaned and sanitized between use for each and every guest. Please be understanding of any tardiness due to sanitation procedures between clients. For any questions or concerns, please reach out to us!
